By submitting a request through Ameriwind, you agree to the conditions listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our discount policies and return procedures. These agreements apply to the lower 48 of United States

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process 

To start a return, contact us at or +1 610 987 0488. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How will customers get the return label?

For Defective products, Please call us, and we will send the label by email. Then you can download and Print the label.

For Customer remorse: it's the customer's responsibility.

What condition product are you receiving in return?


What is the restocking fee? 

There is a 20 % restocking fee.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover that for you. But for Customer remorse, it's the actual cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at or +1(610) 987-0488. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us,  then we can advise if we can send replacement component  without returning the complete shipment.  This is the most cost effective method of changing from one size of fan to another

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund Tax & Shipping costs. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
